(Ketanga) If you’re short on time, how do you squeeze in a workout? (Nikki) I either go for a quick run with sprints thrown in between. Or I love to throw a great song on repeat and just go really hard on the elliptical/ stairmaster. Any cardio work that gets my blood pumping, heart racing and sweat going is my go to for sure! What is your go-to lunch? Grilled salmon is my favorite lunch. I’m super basic when it comes to my meals so I love putting a nice, lean protein into the system and keeping it at that. Sometimes some rice finds its way in there too, depends on my mood. Where do you gain fitness inspiration? Honestly it’s the people and the trainers around me. Work Train Fight is such an amazing community of trainers and members who work tirelessly at not only making themselves better but the world around them. What wine goes best with boxing? Haha I would say Pinot goes with punching for sure :) What excites you about hosting a fitness retreat? The opportunity to train new people in a new environment. Fitness retreats form these little communities that are exploring a new area together, learning and growing. I love to travel and I love having these new experiences with people from all walks of life, all while doing what I love! Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
