Healthy Smoothie Series: Berry Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is 'berry' minty, smooth, and crisp, perfect for when you're craving a mojito!
Berry Mint Smoothie
- 1/3 cup of blueberries
- 1/3 cup of strawberries
- Handful of mint leaves
- Handful of kale
- Nut milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- Add in about 1/2 cup of nut milk
- Throw in the blueberries and strawberries
- Toss in kale and mint leaves
- Blend and enjoy!
Note, measurements and calories are approximate, and are based on using a 16oz blender cup.
