This smoothie was inspired by the Barry's Bootcamp post-workout blueberry smoothie. I prefer to use almond butter, and depending on your protein intake for the day, protein is optional. I love this smoothie because it's filling so it can act as a meal replacement, and the cinnamon adds a nice twist.
Calories: ~300 (~450 with protein)
Note, measurements and calories are approximate, and are based on using a 16oz blender cup.
