Healthy Smoothie Series: Cherry Lime Spritzer

This flavorful drink is a perfect addition to any meal, and has a nice tang to it that will leave you thinking it's still summer!

Cherry Lime Spritzer
Calories: ~100

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup of sweet cherries* 
  • 1/2 cup of peach slices* 
  • 2 limes
  • Nut milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • Club soda

*if out of season, frozen fruit works perfectly

Instructions:
  • Pour fruit into blending cup
  • Add in about 1/2 cup of nut milk
  • Squeeze 1-2 limes into the cup depending on your taste
  • Top off with water
  • Blend and pour into a large glass so drink doesn't go up to the top
  • Add club soda to your liking

Note, measurements and calories are approximate, and are based on using a 16oz blender cup.
