Meet a Ketanga Coach: Kym Klein of Yoga Joint Studios

For motivating workouts with a touch of southern charm, Kym Klein is your gal. Growing up a competitive dancer, Kym took a break to have her daughters and immediately fell in love with fitness and yoga.

She is excited to bring her passion and knowledge to Costa Rica during Camp Ketanga's Power & Empower Retreat! Read on to see why she defines this retreat as rejuvenating, cleansing, and adventurous!

Ketanga: What do you expect/hope clients get out of your retreat? 
Kym: I hope clients will experience the beauty and serenity that Costa Rica has to offer. I hope the "Pura Vida" lifestyle inspires my clients to bring that lifestyle back home with them. 

What are you most excited for about going to Costa Rica?
I'm most excited about disconnecting from daily life to truly connect with myself and my clients that are attending. 

What makes this experience/your retreat so special in your own words? 
What makes me most excited about the retreat is implementing my Pilates/core class. It's invigorating and I know everyone who participates in this nature-infused setting will be even more invigorated.
